影响高校研究生培养质量的因素可以主要从三重主体九个方面来考虑:学校资源供给、学术氛围、管理水平;导师能力水平、工作态度、指导方式;研究生知识基础、努力程度、思维方法。这构成UTP分析模式的基本框架。欠发达地区高校在学校资源供给、导师能力水平和研究生知识基础等方面不及发达地区高校,但可以通过改进导师工作态度、营造学术氛围、提高管理水平、勉励学生努力、改革培养方法等,改变这一格局。欠发达地区高校的研究生培养质量提高的关键路径在于加强主观方面的努力和付出。 |

The main factors that influence the quality of postgraduate education may by characterized in three aspects:1) a school's resources, academic atmosphere and level of management; 2) faculty's competency, work attitudes and methods of guidance; and 3) students' knowledge base, level of effort and ways of thinking. On the basis of a UTP analysis,the weaknesses of postgraduate education in underdeveloped areas may be mitigated by improving teachers' work attitudes, creating a good academic atmosphere, improving management, encouraging students to make real efforts, and reforming training methods. Therefore, the key approach to raising the quality of postgraduate education in underdeveloped areas is strengthening the efforts and dedication of the parties involved in postgraduate education. |
