生源基础与培养目标错位、培养过程与主体需求错位、评价主体与用人主体错位导致我国工程硕士实践能力和创新能力不强、创业意识淡薄。针对新常态下不确定的工程硕士职业发展与追求稳定的培养模式之间的矛盾,在论证创新创业能力是新常态对工程硕士必然要求的基础上,提出了以创新创业能力培养为导向的集群式工程硕士培养模式,以及深化工程硕士教育体制机制改革、深化校企合作、统筹培养资源、完善第三方质量评价机制和全面推进创新创业教育的对策建议。 |

The relatively weak practical and innovativea bility and low willingness of entrepreneurship shown in master-of-engineering students in China are caused by wrongly-designed objectives, ineffective training and unmet employer needs. In light of engineering students' career development expectations and social demand on their ability of innovation and entrepreneurship,an integrated master-of-engineering training model is proposed on the basis of developing an ability of innovation and entrepreneurship with the following approaches:a reform in the relevant education mechanisms and systems,upgraded university-industry cooperation, effective allocations of training resources, improved third-party quality evaluation, and strengthened innovation and entrepreneurship education. |
