      高校院系研究生思想政治教育工作的主体主要包括导师、辅导员、研究生秘书和研究生专业组长。针对院系研究生思想政治教育协同育人的现实困境,在厘清四方育人主体角色定位和功能实现的基础上,从理念目标、队伍建设、制度保障和文化氛围四个维度,提出院系研究生思想政治教育主体协同育人路径。
英文摘要:
      The principal personnel involved in ideological and political education for postgraduates in higher learning institutions mainly include supervisors, counselors, administrative clerks and professional postgraduate team leaders. This paper, based on the practical difficulties in the coordinated ideological and political education for postgraduates, and by analyzing the basic roles and functions of the four personnel groups, proposes coordinated education approaches for the principal personnel at universities.
