重视对非认知能力的考察已成为进一步优化研究生招生考试制度的方向。影响研究生学业成就的非认知能力包括沟通能力、规划能力、领导力以及责任心等。现有的测量方法,包括量表测验、结构化面试以及标准化推荐信均存在着明显的缺陷。在量表中增加情景式测验、提高面试的结构性、改良标准化推荐信以及引入传记数据等方法可加强非认知能力的测量。 |

Now people pay more attention to the non-cognitive ability assessment that has become the orientation to optimize the postgraduate admission system. The non-cognitive abilities of the postgraduates that influence the academic studies include communication ability, planning ability, leadership ability, and responsibility. Since the existing measuring methods, including scale testing, structured interview and standard recommendation letter, all have apparent shortcomings, the author suggests add situational judgment test into the scale, improve interview structure and the standard of the recommendation letter, and introduce biographical data to strengthen the non-cognitive abilities test. |
