      研究生教育学是一门研究研究生教育问题、揭示研究生教育规律及其运行特征的学科。它是在总结提炼研究生教育实践经验的过程中形成并经过长期的研究生教育研究积累逐步发展起来的,是教育学学科体系的重要组成部分。改革开放40年来,研究生教育经历了成为独立的高等教育层次,对其研究开始受到关注,研究行为成为组织行为和研究扎实有效推进四个阶段。通过完善组织体系、形成专业化的研究队伍、产出高水平的研究成果和加强人才培养,有力推动了研究生教育学学科的创建和发展。展望未来,研究生教育学学科应在提升学科认同感、加强理论研究、拓展研究范式和打造国际学术共同体等方面发力,以扩大研究生教育研究的影响力和话语权。
英文摘要:
      The postgraduate pedagogy is a discipline by which to study postgraduate education problems and reveal the rules and operational characteristics thereof. The postgraduate pedagogy is formed in the process of summarizing the practical experience of postgraduate education and gradually developed through long-term research thereon. Therefore, it is an important part of the educational disciplinary system. In the past 40 years since the start of the reform and opening up, the postgraduate education has experienced four stages, namely, the stage when it was made an independent part of higher-learning education, the stage when people started to study it, the stage when the study became an organized one and the stage when the study on it became solid and in effective promotion. Thanks to the well-built organization system, professional research teams, high-level research outcomes, strengthened personnel training and other efficient measures, the establishment and development of the postgraduate pedagogical disciplines have been strongly promoted. This paper proposes that, in the future, we should step up efforts to improve the sense of discipline identity of the postgraduate education, strengthen theoretical research, expand research paradigms and build an international academic community so as to enlarge the influence and enhance the discourse power of the study on China's postgraduate education.
