教育全球化时代研究生教育高质量发展客观上是一国乃至全球研究生教育系统诸多关系矛盾运动变化的产物。这些矛盾问题在包括中国在内的发展中国家表现尤其突出,包括:研究性人才发展要求的引领性与世界一流学术资源匹配性不足的矛盾;研究生教育要素等级的高端性与发展中国家优质资源支撑性不足的矛盾;研究生教育系统运行的特殊性与社会对其规律性认识不足的矛盾;研究生教育原始创新的未知复杂性与教育质量评价的功利性的矛盾;研究生教育精神追求的卓越性与经济社会发展的世俗性偏见的矛盾。科学认识和正确处理这些矛盾问题,对进一步推动我国研究生教育高质量发展具有重要意义。 |

In the era of education globalization, the high-quality development of postgraduate education is objectively the product of many contradictory movements of a country and even in the world in the postgraduate education system. The contradictions are particularly prominent in developing countries including China. Namely, the contradiction between the urgent demand for the training and growth of research-based talent and the insufficient supply of world-class academic resources; the contradiction between the high-end postgraduate education elements and the inadequate support of high quality resources in developing countries; the contradiction between the operational uniqueness of the postgraduate education system and the substandard understanding of its nature in the society; the contradiction between the unknown complexity of original innovation in postgraduate education and the utilitarianism of education quality evaluation; the contradiction between the excellence sought for by postgraduate education and the worldly bias from the present economic and social development. The author concludes that how to rationally understand and correct handle these contradictions are of great significance to further promote the quality development of postgraduate education in China. |
