师生关系是实践的即以活动为基础的关系,教育活动不同于物质生产,是精神生产和人类自身生产活动的有机统一,关系到人的本质与生成。研究生师生关系应实现从“为我性”的主客体关系向平等对话的主体际关系的转向。只有从马克思主义的生产理论、社会交往理论和人学理论逻辑出发,以主体际关系为基础,以人的自由全面发展为目标,师生双方的主体性才得以生成和发展。在新时代语境下,理想研究生师生关系的构建要坚持理性求真的学术精神,以人格平等、教学相长、沟通共情的交往原则,建立平等沟通的对话平台和学术共同体,践行和发展“立德树人”教育理念。 |

The postgraduate-supervisor relationship is a kind of practical relationship that is based on activities. Different from material production, educational activities are the organic unity of spiritual production activities and human production activities, relating to human essence and the formation of the essence. The relationship between postgraduates and supervisors should change from the "self-centered" subject-object relationship to a "subject-subject" relationship featuring "equal dialogue". Only on the basis of intersubjective relationship, with the free and all-round development of human beings as the goal from the logic of the production theory, the social communication theory, and the human theory of Marxism can a subjectivity of supervisors and postgraduates be generated and developed. The authors suggest that in the context of the new era, the construction of an ideal supervisor-postgraduate relationship should adhere to the rational academic spirit of seeking truth, and we should establish a dialogue platform and academic community for equal communication based on the principles of personality equality, teaching for mutual progress, and empathic communication, so as to practice and develop the educational concept of "fostering morality and cultivating people". |
