      基于新时代教育评价转型视角,回顾2002年以来我国学科评价的发展历程及变化趋势,梳理中国特色学科评价的演变逻辑。在此基础上,立足国家发展战略需要、教育评价改革的基本趋势、高校发展的现实需求,从如何合理定位、如何推动管办分离、如何防止评价目的被异化等方面分析我国学科评价面临的主要挑战,并探讨教育评价转型视角下中国特色学科评价的发展方向,以期提高学科评价的科学性和评价结果的公信力,服务学科建设和学科发展,全面提升我国学位与研究生教育质量。
英文摘要:
      This paper reviews the development process and changes of the discipline evaluation in China since 2002 in the perspective of the transformation of education evaluation and sorts out the evolution logic of the discipline evaluation that features Chinese characteristics. On the above-mentioned basis and with the focus on the strategic needs of national development, the basic trend of evaluation reform on education, and the practical needs of colleges and universities for development, this paper analyzes the major challenges China faces now when evaluating disciplines in such aspects as how to rationalize the evaluation, how to promote day-to-day school-running while maintaining supervision, and how to prevent alienation of evaluation purpose. Furthermore, it discusses and predicts the development orientation of the discipline evaluation featuring Chinese characteristics in the perspective of the transformation of education evaluation, aiming at enhancing the evaluation to a higher level, raising the credibility of the evaluation outcomes, better serving discipline construction and development and improving across the board the quality of degree and postgraduate education in China.
