      案例教学法在我国MBA教育中已得到广泛使用,但与国际一流商学院的MBA案例教学水平仍存在一定差距。本文借助问卷调查和现场访谈等方式,从教与学双视角对我国MBA教育中的案例教学的现状及效果进行分析,从对案例教学重要性的认知、教师教学方式及学生参与情况、教学案例的选择及匹配性、案例教学效果评价等方面对我国MBA教育中案例教学实施过程中存在的主要问题进行剖析,并提出改进对策和建议。研究表明,我国MBA教育中满足案例教学要求的师资比较缺乏,相应的师资培养体系有待完善;学生参与案例讨论的积极性不高,缺乏案例讨论环节的学生参与度考评体系;教学案例的本土化程度不高,需要加大案例开发的扶持力度;案例教学配套软硬件缺失,需要进一步加大相关设施建设的投入力度。

      Although the case study teaching method has been widely applied in China's MBA education, yet compared with world-class business schools, we see a gap between China and the rest of world in the teaching level. This paper analyzes the current situation and the effect of case study teaching in MBA education in China from both teaching and learning perspectives by questionnaire and interview. Furthermore, it analyzes the major problems in the implementation of the case study teaching in MBA education from the importance of case study, teaching methods, students' participation, the selection and compatibility of the cases, and the case study teaching effect evaluation. In addition, this paper puts forward some proposals to improve the teaching. The research finds that qualified teachers for the case study teaching is relatively only a few and the corresponding teacher training system needs to be improved; the participation enthusiasm of the students is not high and there is no evaluation system on student participation in case discussion; the cases chosen locally are comparatively less and we need to find more suitable cases for the teaching; the hardware and software for case study teaching is rare and it's necessary to increase the investment in facilities and equipment for the purpose.
