博士生培养环境是影响博士研究生日常学习生活的关键因素,也是推进新时代研究生教育发展需要考虑的重要因素之一。通过对某校博士生满意度的实证研究发现:院校的管理服务对其学习收获的正向影响最为突出,其次是精神培养环境,包括学习氛围、就业指导与心理咨询服务等。为进一步加强博士生培养质量管理,提高博士生满意度,进而提升其学习收获,应深入分析培养环境各因素的内在作用机理,掌控改进博士研究生培养环境的要素。 |

The cultivation environment for doctoral students is a key factor influencing their daily study and life, and also one of the important factors we have to consider for the promotion of postgraduate education in the new era. This empirical study of the satisfaction of doctoral students at a university finds that the management and services of the school for postgraduate students have the most outstanding positive impact on their learning gains, followed by the spiritual cultivation environment including learning atmosphere, employment guidance and psychological counseling services. To further strengthen the doctoral education quality management, enhance satisfaction of the students and increase their learning gains, the authors propose full analysis of the internal mechanism of the factors in the cultivation environment and better control them so as to improve the doctoral education environment. |
