《教育部关于加强博士生导师岗位管理的若干意见》蕴含着平衡导师在导生关系中的权责两种内在力量的逻辑,其形成背后既是对博士生导师制度安排的省察与重构,又是对我国传统师生文化的继承与创新,同时也是对导生关系现实本质的澄明与回应。其内涵要义包括以把握导师岗位的角色定位为基本要求,以明确导师岗位的责任内涵为核心内容,以理解全过程、多维度的导师岗位管理举措为践履依据三个维度。从导师职业的特殊性及导生关系的现实复杂性来看,《关于加强博士生导师岗位管理的若干意见》的价值升华点在于"制度育德",即在制度基础上培育、促进导师的身份认同感和道德感,而以"导生命运共同体"为制度情境是实现"制度育德"的中介条件。 |

"Several Opinions on Strengthening the Post Management of Doctoral Supervisors" issued by the Ministry of Education implies the logic balance between the two interior forces and the responsibility of the doctoral supervisors in the relationship between the supervisors and doctoral students. The formation of the document is not only a revision and reconstruction of the arrangement of the doctoral supervising system, but also the inheritance and innovation of China's traditional teacher-student relationship culture, as well as the clarification and response to the present essential of the supervisor-student relationship. Its connotation includes three dimensions: the basic requirement is to better define the role of supervisors; the core definition is to clarify the responsibility implication of supervisors, and the reliance to implement the document is to fully and multi-dimensionally understand the management measures of the posts for supervisors. From the perspective of the professional particularity of supervisors and the complexity of the relationship between supervisors and postgraduates at present time, it can be seen that the upgraded value in the document is the highlight of the "system of moral education", that is, to cultivate and promote the sense of personal identity and the moral sense of doctoral supervisors on the basis of the system. In the institutional scenario, the "community with a shared future for doctoral supervisors and students" is an intermediary condition for the realization of the "system of moral education". |
