作为世界一流研究型大学,新泽西州立罗格斯大学运用其顶级的资源优势发展教育硕士这一专业学位教育,在近百年的办学中遵循基于社会需求的实用主义培养目标,视公平与卓越为人才培养的价值导向,课程内容重在发展教育硕士教学思维与实践能力,并在和地方教师资质养成制度互动中形成了具有开放性的现代化课程体系。借鉴美国一流研究型大学培养教育硕士的经验,结合我国教育硕士发展现状,为我国教育硕士人才培养提出可资参考的改进策略。 |

Rutgers, the state university of New Jersey, is a world-class higher-learning research institution. It makes good use of its top resource advantage to develop M.Ed professional degree education. In nearly 100 years of school running, the university has followed the pragmatic training goal based on social needs, and regarded fairness and excellence as the value orientation in talent training. In regard to the curriculum, the university focuses on developing teaching thinking and practical ability of the postgraduates majoring in education. In addition, it has developed an open modern curriculum system in the interaction with the local teacher qualification cultivation system. By referring to the experience of the first-class research universities in cultivating postgraduates in education in the United States, and in considering the status quo of China in cultivating masters of education, this paper proposes some referential improvement strategies for cultivating postgraduates into masters of education in China. |
