在我国研究生教育由大转强的重要战略发展期,应牢牢把握研究生思想政治教育的重要特点和规律,着力提升研究生思想政治教育成效。为此,需要充分认识"导学思政"的内涵要义,理解其价值内核,并在此基础上,精准分析"导学思政"的核心要素,科学设计"导学思政"体系及实施方略。只有凝聚多主体协同育人合力,共同增强"为党育人为国育才"的使命意识和责任意识,才能推进研究生教育由大转强,不断开创新时代研究生教育高质量发展新局面。 |

This paper advocates that in the important strategic development period when the postgraduate education grows from big to strong, we should firmly grasp the important characteristics and laws of the postgraduate ideological and political education and effectively improve the effect of postgraduate ideological and political education, i.e., we should first fully understand the connotation and essence of the ideological instruction and the core of the value thereof. On this basis, we should accurately analyze the core elements of the ideological instruction so as to design an ideological instruction system and measures to implement it. We should also generate a synergetic resultant for the education by pooling efforts from different parts of the society, jointly enhance the sense of mission and responsibility of "educating people for the Party and the country", promote the transformation of the postgraduate education from big to strong, and create constantly a new situation for the high-quality development of postgraduate education in the new era. |
