      2012—2021年是具有特殊意义的十年,既是党的十八大以来的新时代十年,也是《中华人民共和国学位条例》实施的第四个十年。这十年,我国学位与研究生教育改革发展发生了系统性、整体性变革,产生了一系列标志性成果,形成了中国特色的学位与研究生教育体系,是研究生教育大国向研究生教育强国转型发展的重要历史时期。本文以相关数据为基础,从教育供给、教育规模、教育结构三大视角分析十年来我国学位与研究生教育改革发展成效及其演变趋势,为深化学位与研究生教育改革、稳步走向研究生教育强国提供了一个基本研究框架,为教育政策完善和教育实践深入提供了丰富的参考数据。
英文摘要:
      The time from 2012 to 2021 is a decade of special significance. It is not only the decade of the new era since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, but also the fourth decade of the implementation of the "Regulations of the People's Republic of China on Academic Degrees". During that period, the reform and development of academic degrees and postgraduate education in China underwent systematic and holistic changes, produced a great many landmark achievements, and formed an academic degrees and postgraduate education system with Chinese characteristics. It is really an important period in history for China to transform and develop from a large postgraduate education country to a powerful postgraduate education country. Based on relevant data, this paper analyzes the achievements and the evolution trend of the reform and development of the academic degrees and postgraduate education in the past decade from the perspectives of education supply, education scale and education structure. This paper also provides a basic framework for the study of how to deepen the reform of the academic degrees and postgraduate education so that China can steadily move towards the goal of a powerful country in postgraduate education, and provides rich reference data for the improvement of education policies and educational practice.
