      学术训练环境是致力于促进博士生科研素质发展的培养环境,培养单位在创设学术训练环境时需考虑学科文化差异。对2021年"全国博士毕业生离校反馈调查"的12078份问卷数据进行分析发现:第一,在各类学术训练环境中,学术交流和课题研究对博士生科研能力增值的促进作用最为突出,而学位论文和论文发表要求的压力感对其有阻碍作用。第二,课题研究对理工科博士生科研能力增值的促进作用更强;课程教学、学术氛围对人文社科博士生科研能力增值的促进作用更强,而学位论文压力对它的阻碍作用更强。结合学术训练环境现状和重要性的学科差异可知,在理工科中,应优先提升课题参与和导师指导的质量,在人文社科中,则应加大对博士生学位论文研究的支持力度、淡化论文发表要求。
英文摘要:
      The academic training environment is the cultivating environment to enhance the research ability of doctoral students. A training institution needs to consider the cultural differences of different disciplines when creating an academic training environment. The analysis of the data from the feedback of 12,078 questionnaires of the 2021 National Survey on Graduated Doctoral Students finds: first, in various academic training environments, the academic exchange and project research are most prominent in improving the research ability of doctoral students, while the pressure from dissertation and the requirements for paper publishing have a negative effect on the improvement of their research ability; second, project research has a stronger positive effect on the improvement of research ability of doctoral students in science and engineering, the course teaching and academic culture have a stronger positive effect on the improvement of research ability of doctoral students in humanities and social sciences, while the pressure of dissertation has a stronger negative effect on the improvement. Based on the current situation and the importance of academic training environment in different disciplines, the authors suggest that in the disciplines of science and engineering, we should prioritize the improvement of students' participation in project research and the enhancement of guidance quality of supervisors, while in the disciplines of humanities and social sciences, we should increase support for doctoral students' dissertation research and reduce the stress on the requirements for paper publishing.
