      国家对技术转移人才培养的重视和国外发达国家技术转移人才培养的实践经验为我国大学培养服务技术转移行业人才提供了保障和借鉴。技术转移行业人才的复合型、应用型、专业型和高层次的特征与工程类专业学位研究生培养目标相契合。基于专业即课程组合的观念,将技术转移课程嵌入到工程类专业学位研究生教育,可以超越学科、专业制度的局限,培养高层次服务技术转移行业的人才。大学在实施课程嵌入培养服务技术转移行业工程类专业学位研究生时,需要充分尊重技术转移行业要求,加强与技术转移行业间的合作,构建符合行业需求的课程体系和课程实施方式,同时大学还需要从自身出发,关注教师的课程教学方法和教师队伍建设。
英文摘要:
      The importance the central government attaches to the cultivation of students in technology transfer and the practice experience in this field in developed countries provide Chinese universities with guarantee and reference for the student cultivation for the service technology transfer industry. The characteristics of inter-disciplinary, applied, professional, and high-level talent required by the technology transfer industry are in line with the basic requirements for the quality and the goal of student cultivation in engineering professional degree postgraduate education. According to the concept of specialty, i.e. the concept of combining courses, embedding technology transfer courses into postgraduate education for engineering majors can break through the limitations of disciplines and specialties and cultivate high-level talent in the service technology transfer industry. When using embedded service technology transfer courses to train engineering professional degree postgraduates, universities need to fully respect the requirements of the technology transfer industry, strengthen cooperation with the enterprises in this field, and build a curriculum system and course implementation mode that meet the needs of the industry. At the same time, universities also need, focusing on themselves, to pay attention to the improvement of teaching method and the construction of the teachers team.
