培养交叉学科博士生是全球研究生教育改革的重要趋势。在国际比较视野下,国外交叉学科博士生培养在资源筹集、组织协同、导师联合指导、学生自我认同和评价变革等方面存在困难。各国通过多途径筹集项目资源、创新学科交叉组织体系、落实导师联合指导制度、全方位提升学生自我认同和推动交叉评价体系改革等举措,促进交叉学科博士生培养的持续性、协同性、合作化、社会化和科学性,为我国提供良好镜鉴。 |

Cultivating interdisciplinary doctoral students is an important trend in the global reform of graduate education. In the international comparative perspective, there are some difficulties in cultivating interdisciplinary doctoral students abroad. These difficulties include resource allocation, organizational synergy, joint supervision, student self-identification and evaluation changes. Various countries have promoted the continuity, synergy, cooperation, socialization and scientificity of interdisciplinary doctoral training through the following initiatives, including raising program resources through multiple channels, innovating interdisciplinary organization system, implementing the system of joint supervision, enhancing students’ self-identification in all aspects, and promoting the reform of interdisciplinary evaluation system, which is hoped to provide some implications and insights for China. |
